Created a police station, for the undead legacy mod. Setup Prefab. Folders. Steam\steamapps\common\7 Days To Die\Data\Prefabs.

But even to start it’s got quite a bit of zeds. Rosewood is really only good for looting the police station/fire station and bailing. Maybe the prison for a challenge, but that place is a total death trap.
